A site dedicated to EH Ripper kites

About EH Ripper

This site is not only about EH Ripper, but EH kites in general. EH stands for Eric Hertsens, who is the founder of EH. Eric’s kites has been acclaimed by many kiters around the world while some kiters smear and reject EH as a bad kite. The question is if it really is the EH kites that are bad or if it is the kiters that aren’t skilled enough to kite an EH… My intent with this site is that you’ll leave it with the answer on that question.

Hi, I have just bought a camping bus, and I would like to pimp it a little bit with some stickers of your brand.
That´s the reason why I write to you. Would you be so kind and send me some free brand stickers?
    This would be really fantastic!

Hello sweet site and initiative for sure!
EH kites love or hate them, I certainly love them in the right conditions!

The ripper is very sweet in gusty wind, fast predictable and direct feel and loved by many kiters from the first hour.

The Ovando is the strongest out there in non-gusty wind with the strongest low-end out there.
Besides the strong low-end I prefer to fly a smaller (2 sizes, 8M) kite in normal 15-20kts wind and have the absolute advantage of a smaller and faster kite with massive pull and aire-time.

The Beast is a stable strong kite. Especially the 9 and 10 M are crazy good kites! They let you kite from around 12/14kts with a general feel of power in the bar. Opposite of the Ovando the Beast doesn’t need to move vast to generate power it just got power. So when other 10m brands are dropping out of the sky I give my students a Beast 9m and off they go!….kiting and smiling!

So use the advantage of the Ovando and Beast good and I’m sure you will love them like I do!
Enjoy your EH kites and if you are looking for some new or used ones have a look here http://www.2b-real.nl/kitesurf-shop/eh-kites
